This project consists of the rehabilitation, alteration, and extension of an existing dwelling in a degraded condition, with the aim of converting it into Rural Tourism accommodation – Country Houses typology.
The intervention includes the restoration of the existing building, its extension, and the reorganization of both interior and exterior spaces, creating a three-bedroom house with open-plan social areas and outdoor leisure spaces, improving comfort, natural lighting, and functionality while preserving the building’s traditional character.
