Casa Casco

The Casa Casco 1 project, located in Arroteia, Luz de Tavira, consists of the alteration and extension of an existing building, with the aim of adapting it to Rural Tourism use - “Country House” typology. The proposal seeks to rehabilitate and enhance the existing structure while introducing a new construction element, creating improved living conditions and comfort in line with current regulations. The intervention respects the original character of the building while improving its functionality, accessibility, and habitability. Accessibility solutions are integrated to ensure usability for all users, without compromising the architectural identity of the property. The project also improves the overall quality of the dwelling in terms of hygiene, comfort, and spatial organization. The result is a balanced combination of tradition and modern requirements, ensuring a high-quality rural tourism experience.
