Casa da Marquita is a rehabilitation, alteration, and extension project of an existing building in the historic center of Olhão.
The intervention aims to reorganize the interior layout, improve comfort, natural lighting, and ventilation conditions, and introduce a new architectural language while respecting the building’s traditional character and the urban identity of the area, through façade restoration and the addition of a new floor and outdoor spaces.
