The project in Bias do Sul, Olhão, concerns the construction of a single-storey single-family house, set within a plot in an urban area undergoing restructuring.
The proposal features a T3 dwelling organized around a central courtyard, structuring the interior spaces and enhancing the relationship between social and private areas.
The building is developed on a single level, integrating an open-plan kitchen and living area, bedrooms, technical spaces, and direct connections to the exterior.
The intervention also includes the creation of high-quality outdoor areas, such as a swimming pool, leisure spaces, an outdoor kitchen, and landscaped zones.
The architectural language interprets vernacular elements, combining pitched roofs with contemporary volumes that incorporate skylights and natural light.
The project ensures energy efficiency and landscape integration, promoting comfort and sustainability while respecting the surroundings.
