Casa Pires

Casa Pires is a historic 19th-century building in Olhão that has played a central role in the municipality over time.
When it was entrusted to us, it was in an advanced state of degradation, requiring a deep structural intervention.
The project resulted in a full rehabilitation of the building, respecting its architectural identity and historical memory.
Two spacious and bright four-bedroom apartments were created, preserving and reinterpreting existing heritage elements.
The ground floor was reorganized to accommodate retail spaces, equipped with improved functional and support conditions.
The result combines preservation, contemporary adaptation, and efficiency, bringing the building back to the city.
