Casa Rosa

Casa Rosa, a 19th-century building in Olhão, underwent design changes during construction while preserving its structure and heritage identity.
The project reorganizes the building into three floors with a total of 10 rooms, 9 dedicated to local accommodation and 1 for private use.
The ground floor accommodates the common areas, including reception, lounge, kitchen, and access to the courtyard with a pool and lounge area.
The first floor contains 5 accommodation units with direct access to the courtyard and outdoor spaces.
The second floor includes 4 rooms, one of which is reserved for the owners, as well as technical and support areas.
The intervention involved removing the previously approved extension, reorganizing the interior layout, and preserving the structural walls to enhance functionality and comfort.
